Ulsoor Lake, being badged as one of the biggest lakes of Bengaluru, Ulsoor Lake covers over 123 acres which are nearly 1.5 km of the area. The lake is located at the east point of the city nearing the very happening MG road.
Ulsoor Lake also has a walking park which attracts many visitors, residents around who would come to take a an amazing walk around the lake with birds chirping around from every corner.
Though the lake has been exposed to several pollution threats due to a lot of sewage activities happening around the place, it still stands as one of the prominent lakes of the city.
Ulsoor Lake will be open from 4:00 AM till 7:00 PM from Monday to Sunday
The nearest airport is the Bangalore City International Airport. One could take a cab/hire a private vehicle to get to the place.
The nearest railway station is City Central railway station. Trains from all over India and the trains from all the major cities in Karnataka halts here. One could take a BMTC bus/Auto/Cab from the railway station.
Best way to reach the destination from City Bus stand or any part of Bangalore. There are regular BMTC buses to the place or one could take a metro ride until Ulsoor metro station.
