Ragigudda Temple, the place dedicated to the lord Hanuman. This place is spread across 5 acres in the Jayanagar 9th Block. Ragigudda Temple is the effort of of a group of dedicated youth back in the year 1969, influence of the situation then and the encouragement of the people around the area which gave strength and determination to bring up a small temple of lord Hanuman.

This place has gained a super popularity right after it was built. Additionally, this place has a charitable that provide education and healthcare facilities.

Almost at the center of the city, the temple receives moderate crowds on weekdays and high crowd during Saturdays since it is the day dedicated to Hanuman.

The temple also houses the shrine for Lord Rama, Lakshmana, and Sita, Shivalinga as the same shrine of Hanuman and smaller shrines separately dedicated to Rajarajeshwari and Ganesha.

Huge engraved rocks of Lords Brahma, Vishnu, and Maheshwara also have taken a stand here making it abode of all the major lords in Hinduism. It's more Beautiful when a Bengalurian steps out on an evening to visit this Temple.

By flight

Nearest airport is the Bangalore City International Airport. One could take a cab/hire a private vehicle to get to the place .

By train

Nearest railway station is City Central railway station. Trains from all over India and the trains from all the major cities in Karnataka haults here. One could take a BMTC bus/Auto/Cab from the railway station.

By Road

Best way to reach the destination from City Bus stand or any part of Bangalore. There are regular BMTC buses to the place or one could take a metro ride until Jayanagar metro station from any metro station and then take auto/cab/10 mins walk from the Jayanagar metro station until destination.
